Pam is a young, blond, virgin librarian, presumably in a public or secondary school library. She is raped and beaten by an escapee from a boys reformatory as well as several other characters. Her captor is shocked that such a "good-looking broad" is a librarian and asks "What in the hell made you want to become a librarian, anyway? Were you born hating sex?" Detailed notes follow: Jimmy, who has escaped from Hilldale, a boys reformatory, breaks in to Pam's trailer and assaults her.
