Friday, 23 January, Orlando, Florida Gail was already feeling better once we woke up about 9 am after being up so late with the doctor and giving time for the pain meds to work so she could get some sleep. Gail was feeling better, but certainly not up to doing anything extensive, so we just hung out and watched TV and read our books. It was still cold outside (for Florida, at least) and pretty windy so we didn’t go to the pool. We were both tired enough from the night before that we even slept in the afternoon. After three very busy days in cold and windy weather, it was good to just stay inside and keep warm. I went out to bring burgers back for dinner and we watched Dr. Strangelove on cable. A relaxing day, and a chance for Gail to continue recovering. Back to itinerary (trip home page)
