Wednesday, 28 January, Ka'anapali, Maui The day was a bit brighter, with some sun mixed with the clouds and sprinkles. However, Gail woke up with the same bronchial and sinus infections that I've been fighting, to the surprise of neither of us. So, off to Whalers' Village again to see the doctor, who gave her the same Levaquin and inhaler that I received yesterday. Nothing like sharing all parts of our lives. While I picked up the drugs at Longs and went into Starbucks for some breakfast for us, Gail waited in the car. Later we watched TV, looked out at the ocean and whales, napped, and did pretty much nothing. As it got dark I went out to get some food for supper. About the same time we started getting blasted by loud music. It turns out that they've started karaoke two nights a week, so we suffered through some pretty bad stuff until about 900, when we both went to sleep quickly. Back to itinerary (trip home page)
